Although Jeff comes to the fitness industry later in life, he shows that it’s never to late to attain your fitness goals. Active in sports from an early age it’s Jeff’s interest in golf and obstacle racing that has formed his current fitness goals. Jeff leads a morning Bootcamp class that utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight exercises. The goal of these classes is to increase mobility, build strength & power and to improve cardio vascular endurance.
